Refund policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Warrior Foosball:

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full 100% refund, less S&H. Simply email cs@warriorfoosball.com requesting a return authorization within 3 days of receiving the products and ship it back within 10 days. We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction, so let us know how we can meet and exceed your expectations.

Only items that have been purchased directly from Warrior Foosball can be returned to Warrior Foosball. Warrior Foosball products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the parts, hardware and documentation that were included when you received it.

To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please send an email to cs@warriorfoosball.com to request a return authorization. Please note: packages sent to Warrior Foosball without prior authorization will be returned to sender. The customer will be responsible for all costs of shipping back product(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Professional Foosball Table purchasers: We strongly encourage photographing or recording video of your "unboxing," including the Shipping Labels. In the event the product is damaged, this helps us determine which replacement parts you'll need; as well as providing us with the documentation required to file a damage claim with the shipper.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Previously used or worn items are non-returnable. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment less S&H within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@warriorfoosball.com.
